Chicken Angelo

8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
4 large chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbl butter
6 oz mozarella cheese
2/4 cup chicken broth

Place half of the mushrooms in a 13x9 pan. Dip chicken in egg and roll in crumbs, let rest on wire rack. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Brown both sides of chicken then place on top of mushrooms. Top with remaining mushrooms, add cheese and broth. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minumtes. Serve over rice or noodles.
